Our car rental company has more than 10 drivers who can speak basic, simple English. If you need an English-speaking driver, please book in advance. We cannot guarantee that the driver will be English-speaking before confirming your transfer.

Please contact our customer service representatives and let them know the number of passengers and baggage your party will have. We will also require your flight itinerary information. For flights arriving after 9 PM, additional charges will apply as the driver will be required to return to the city of Tokyo on the same day.

Yes, it is the same. If you want a transfer from Tokyo to Hakone, you can refer to our prices listed for Mount Fuji. Our one-day service (10-hour service) is limited to 300 kilometers. If it exceeds this range, additional fees will be required.

If you do not have any large luggage, you can rent our 14 Seats Commuter Van. If you have large luggage, the vehicle for your transfer will be based on the number of your luggage. You can also consider the 20 Seats Coaster Bus.

For the price, you can refer to our car rental price from Narita airport to Mount Fuji. You would need to provide your flight information and the departure time from the hotel. Our drivers must drive from Tokyo to Mount Fuji beforehand for pickup. If the departure time is earlier than 8:00 AM, additional fees may apply.

Visitors at Yokohama Pier generally disembark between 6:00 to 7:00 AM. Generally, our driver will pick you up at the pier around 8:40 AM or later. The price of the transfer from Yokohama Pier to Mount Fuji can be compared to the price of Tokyo to Mount Fuji.
