Our chauffeur was Lydia, and she was amazing! We had a pretty long ride once she picked us up at the airport to our destination and it was late. She made sure we got food before we arrived to our accommodation as everything would have been closed by the time we arrived, without us even asking. She was such a help to us and offered us many local places to visit. She really started off our trip with such hospitality! The car was very clean. William was the representative who helped us set up our booking and he was very responsive and helped answer all the questions I had. If I ever return to Japan, I will be rebooking through this company! Thank you all so much for your dedication to your customers.
