There are two ways you can submit your payment to the Japan office Teyka International Co Ltd. You can choose to pay online with PayPal or use bank wire transfer. Soon as we receive your payment, an invoice will be sent to you immediately as the receipt. Bank transfer usually cost less on transaction fee, but the processing time takes longer (generally 3-5 business days). On the other hand, payment through Paypal is quick but often comes with a greater transaction fee (3% of the total cost, collected by Paypal). We mostly do not accept cash payment. However, you are more than welcome to visit our headquarter office if you are already in Japan. Please refer to the following for detailed payment information.
Yes, you are welcome to our office and we take cash payment. However, we only accept US Dollars, Japanese Yens, Euro, Canadian Dollars, and Australian dollars. So, please exchange the currency in advance. Our address is 3-9-7, Shinkoiwa, Katsushika-Ku, Tokyo.
Can I pay with credit card?
Yes, we take credit card payment through Paypal. Our US office also takes credit card payment directly, but you will need to sign an authorization form. If you want to wavier the extra 3% transaction fee by Paypal, you will need to sign on the authorization form of credit card.
Can I pay directly to my driver on the day of service?
No, we don't accept direct payment to the driver on the date of service. All the transfer reservation, including payment, has to be completed at least 72 hours before the service. However, if the transfer service is overtime, you may pay the extra charge to the driver.
Can we make a deposit and pay the remaining balance when we arrive at Japan?
No. Final payment must be received 45 days before your departure date. If you are booking within 45 days, full payment is required for tour booking.
