We at Japan Holiday are a young and developing Travel Company that specializes in offering affordable Japan group travels and private car and driver service in Japan. The expanding Japan Holiday team is looking for upbeat, energetic sales professionals. Having experience in tourism is not necessary, just an open mind with a willingness to learn. We can supply you with training, support, and any tools you will need to become capable members of our team. Applicants need to have good verbal and written communication, be able to solve problems as they arise, and should be comfortable with computers. Japan Specialist
We are currently looking for a specialist for Japan. We require someone with in depth knowledge of Japan, so as to aid customers in booking Japanholiday's tours and car rental service. The suitable candidate shall be an integral part of our team, and shall use their knowledge in assisting clients and staff members to successfully grow and develop out business in Japan.
Key Duties:
1/ Provide excellent customer service in assisting clients with their booking enquires by phone and email.
2/ Offering excellent post booking support for enquiries including cancellations of trips, insurance, special request etc.
3/ Working closely with overseas agents and other departments of the company.
Tour Guide with English or Other Language
We are currently recruiting tour guides speak fluently in English, French, German, Spanish, and other languages. Qualifying candidates should have a tour guide license and proficiency in the language to efficiently lecture on the history and culture of the local attractions. Candidate with experience receive priority in consideration.
Key Duties:
1/ Guide foreign tourists on sightseeing according to given travel itinerary.
2/ Explaining the history, culture, and tradition of the local.
3/ Communicate and work with the Japan tour operators and drivers to provide excellent customer service to the tourists.
Skilled Driver
We are looking for skilled drivers who speak simple English. Permanent residency in Japan is required. Candidate must be at least 21 years old with a regular driver's license for at least 2 years. Skillful in driving. Candidate with experience receive priority in consideration.
Key Duties:
1/ Provide private transfer and chauffeur service to clients and accommodate their need.
2/ Give simple tour advice on food and sightseeing when necessary.
3/ Communicate with clients in simple English and provide excellent customer service.
