My family and I (total of 11) were on Royal Caribbean cruise and needed a transfer from Daikoku Pier to Tokyo. Swift reply from Lydia and she gave us helpful advice. The best service we could have hoped for. The pick up from the cruise ship was on time, the driver was very helpful and friendly. We booked the 8 hours transfer and toured around Mt Fuji area before heading to Tokyo. Driver was there early. I will use their services again and highly recommend to anyone who wanted a fuss free transfer. We had a major problem with our flight and had to stay in Tokyo one more night. Lydia was very understanding and changed our pick up time accordingly. The service from Japan Holidays was outstanding and we highly recommend them. If we have chance to visit Japan in the future, surely will contact Lydia again.
