We were looking for a private driver and van for our family of 8 for a day trip outside of Tokyo. Japan Holiday was fantastic! James was very responsive with his emails and our driver was extremely professional and courteous. The van was spacious, clean and comfortable. It definitely was a highlight of our trip!
