Osaka Itami International Airport has two terminals, south and north terminals that are connected by a central area that has four floors. The second floor is the departure hall and the arrival hall has been transferred to the second floor of the Central Terminal as of April 18, 2018.

The international departure procedures for Terminal 1 are at KIX Airside Avenue in the main building, check-in is at 4F, immigration check is at 2F, and the arrival hall is at 1F. The International Departure and International Arrival Halls of Terminal 2 are both on level 1F.

Osaka Kansai International Airport has luggage storage services at the North and South counters on 4F and 1F. Kansai Airport Baggage Service is located on the north side and JAL ABC on the south side. The luggage is 640 yen per day, a travel bag is 370 yen per day, the coat is 1,050 yen within 4 days (from the 5th day, an increase of 220 yen per day), and large luggage such as surfboards are 1,050 yen per day.

Yamato Transport, Yu-Pack, and LAWSON (Yu-Pack) are located on the first floor of the central area of Osaka Itami International Airport and can provide you with convenient luggage delivery service.

In order to provide a comfortable space for all passengers, there are smoking rooms throughout the passenger terminal. Smoking areas are available outside at Terminals 1-4F of the Kansai Airport, and level 2F and 3F of Aeroplaza.

ATMs are available at Kansai Airport's Terminal 1F to 4F, International Boarding Area in Terminal 2, and at Aeroplaza's LAWSON Bank (in the LAWSON store).

SIM cards and Wi-Fi rental services are available on the 1st floor of Itami Airport South Terminal. SIM cards can be purchased at Softbank at Kansai Airport Terminal 1F and Docomo WORLD counters at 4F.

There are two main lines from Kansai International Airport to downtown Osaka, Kansai airport line and the Nankai Electric Railway. The Kansai Airport line takes about 65 minutes to get to downtown Osaka. All lines are operated by JR. The stations that can be reached are Shin-Osaka Station, Osaka Station, and Tennoji Station. There are also buses to the bus stops on the first floor of Terminals 1 and 2 that go to various stations in the urban area of Osaka. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket machines on the outside of the first floor.
