Naritasan Kawagoe Betsuin Hongyoin: was constructed during the late Edo period in 1853, and it is part of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. The place hosts a flea market on the 28th of each month, and over 100 antique shops participate. Because the flea market opens in the morning, and merchandises tend to sell out quickly, arriving early is highly recommended.



Kawagoe Kumano Shrine: Kawagoe Kumano Shrine is known for luck and matchmaking. The shrine keeps the sacred wood obtained in Heisei 23 and the Yatagaramon obtained in Heisei 30 by Kumano Hongu Taisha. There are three glass ball in front of Yatagaramon, each signifies fortune, matchmaking, and gratitude.

Kawagoe Castle Honmaru Palace: The Kawagoe Castle was built in 1475. During the Edo period, the castle served an important role of guarding the northern Edo. The castle was reconstructed in 1848 and now is a designated cultural heritage of the Saitama Prefecture.
