1) Kitashoji Sake Brewery
Kitashoji Sake Brewery is located in the city of Izumisano (South Osaka Prefecture), which is also home to the Kansai International Airport. The idea is a small amount of good wine. The most representative brand, Shuu no Sato, aims to produce light but not too spicy, which can highlight the original delicious Japanese sake. The Daimon Brewery is located in Katano, northeast of the Osaka Prefecture. 3) Isaka Brewery
The Isaka Sake Brewery is located in Kishiwada, which is south of the Osaka Prefecture. Inside the brewery store, there are special kinds of sakes like the Miwafuku, a type of sake that got its name from the Miwa Shrine, the shrine of the Sake god. There is also Danjiri, which is a type of rich sake named after the famous festivals.

4) The Brewery of Saijo Limited Partnership
The Saijo Limited Partnership was founded in 1718. This brewery has a long history of nearly 300 years. The brand Amonozake, which is known to the inside is famous for daiginjo genshu sake. Daiginjo means the sake is made with rice that's polished to 50% or less, and genshu means it is made without added water. The winery tour here is only opened during the winter, during the wine preparation period.

5) Yamano Brewery
Yamano Brewery produces about 500 stones (1 stone is approximately 180L) of Japanese sake a year, and it is a small-scale brewery. They continue to make unprocessed sake and strive to make sake every day. Their specialty, Daiginjo Shizuku won a gold award at the National Research Institute of Brewing, which is made from natural, unrefined sake droplets (moromi) without pressurization. It is an extremely rare and precious product.

Nada Area of Kobe City
The Nada area in Kobe, west of Osaka, is Japan's top sake producer. One-third of the sake in Japan comes from this district because of the large breweries that are concentrated here. The Nada region is a miyamizu civilization rich in minerals for their water. Miyamizu water is hard water that contains substances such as calcium, potassium, and phosphoric acid is all beneficial to increase the activity of yeast and promote fermentation. Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum
The Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum opens the old cellar to the public as a brewery archive. On the ground floor of the museum is a collection of different winemaking tools, including a huge wooden barrel made from fir trees that were once used for fermentation. In the wine tasting area, visitors can enjoy fresh, unpasteurized raw wine that can only be tasted here.

Sakuramasamune Museum Sakuraen
The Sakuramasamune Memorial Museum is located in Uozaki. The Sakura Museum is a newly opened facility that has passed the test of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake to spread the concept of authenticity to the future. The exhibition room on the second floor displays collections of sake, signs, and labels that describe the 400-year history of Sakura's authentic brewing.

Kiku-Masamune Sake Museum
The Kiku-Masamune Sake Museum displays the nationally designated tangible folk cultural relics, the Nada sake-making utensils and collections of small props. As an archive of the history of brewing, there are about 50,000 visitors that come every year. The theme of the museum is understanding the origin of brewing. They allow the audience to get close contact with the knowledge and objects from the process of making wine to various utensils, understand the technology, water, rice, teriyaki.

There are three important sections of the Sawokuru Museum. The museum uses a wooden warehouse built in the late Edo period, it introduces the process of making sake and displays Funaba, an underground structure considered to be rare in Japan. The tank farm is a workplace where the sake is squeezed out of the bowl; you will see the structure of the sakabune and the Hanging Pot (steamer).
