We used the driving service for our first trip to Japan, and it could not have gone smoother. We booked a minivan (Alphard) for family of 3 for 6 days from Hakodate to Sapporo. The driver, Mr. Yan is nice, helpful, always punctual and a safe driver who also plays a role of tour guide. He suggested places not on our itinerary and even helped us to reserve a most delicious meal for seafood at Sapporo. It was easy to find and meet our driver when we arrived at the airport and when we were picked up to head back to the airport. I would definitely recommend this service for any first timers. Honestly, it took the stress out of traveling to and from the airport and easily accommodated my family. Communication was easy and everyone was extremely helpful/friendly. Highly recommend Japan Holiday for private transport with chauffeur service. James is very efficient and well communicated by email, always reply promptly. We had a lovely trip in Hokkaido.
