Lydia was great to work with booking our car from Tokyo to Mount Fuji and Shinjuku to Yokohama for our cruise. Thank you Lydia and if we come back to Japan we will reach out again. We experienced excellent service from the time we first inquired about their service. There were 6 of us and we all had large suitcases, it was a comfortable, and seamless drive. Driver and guide was on time, very gracious, and we assisted us with the luggage. Quick response for a price quote. Received local guide and travel itinerary info few days before departure. Vehicles were very clean and comfortable, drivers professional. We will return to Japan in two years and will differently use Japan Holiday again. Definitely a 5 STAR CHAMPION! - Fantastic service,
