This was a great service. We used the car service for two days in Kyoto in late March. The car was clean and our driver was reliable and communicative on WhatsApp. It was a great investment to have a driver during Sakura season in Kyoto as locations were crowded and it helped us to cover a lot of ground in a short period of time during a busy time of year for tourism. We used the car the second day to go to Nara which was a great day trip, especially with the driver's assistance to get to the locations we wanted to see. I would highly recommend this service for families with small kids if you can afford it- it made for a pleasant, stress-free touring experience.
