We were 4 adults travelling from Singapore on our first holiday to Japan and we hired a car with driver from Japan Holiday to travel around in the Mt. Fuji area. It was a great experience from the start. Ms. Melinda helped us with the booking, and she was always clear and prompt to respond, giving us information timely. Mr. Zhang, our driver, was very punctual, flexible and always cheerful. His knowledge of English was limited but he used translation apps and managed to communicate effectively. In Kawaguchiko, he suggested a park which we had not included in our list of places to visit and that was the only place where we managed to catch the cherry blossom. We would have missed Sakura if not for Mr. Zhang. So, thank you Ms. Melinda and Mr. Zhang for adding to the lovely memories of the trip.
