If you are planning a trip to Japan and are in need of a driver from Tokyo to take you to the Fuji region, this is an excellent company. We were worried about transporting our bags on public transit and wanted to make many pit stops in a remote area of the mountains including some of the most popular parks, and after reading reviews that Ubers were hard to get, this company delivered for us. I originally reached out to Melinda asking for a driver to drop us off at our hotel which would take about two hours, she suggested that we would have the driver for 8 hours for our rate and that we should get some more out of the time we were paying for. This helped us immensely because there were so many things in the area we wanted to see but didn't know how we would find cabs. We had a prompt pick up at the Hoshinoya Hotel in Tokyo in a beautiful luxury van that had recliner-style seats. The driver was also very kind and despite speaking only a little English it was no issue at all, she was well informed of our plans and with translator it was easy to communicate with her. She took us to Arakurayama Sengen Park, Oshino Hakkai, and even took us to an amazing lunch spot that was literally the highlight meal of our trip (and she even called them to make sure they could accommodate vegetarians-thank you Kosaku Kawaguchiko for the amazing houtou!). She also stopped for us at a 711 and a Lawson on the way to the hotel. I could go on and on but I am very happy with this company - it is so critical to have a reliable driver on your vacation. I also must say leading up to the trip, Melinda was wonderful to work with. She will answer your emails immediately and will properly communicate to the driver exactly what you need. If you need a driver to accommodate you from Tokyo to Fuji and are willing to spend for the convenience- this is definitely the company that you want to hire. Will be using them for sure on our next visit back, because Japan is now our favorite place.
