I can't recommend Japan Holiday enough and would give more than 5-stars if possible. My family and I had a last minute urgent request for a professional driver to take us all over Hokkaido, and Japan Holiday (and Lydia in particular), went above and beyond to find us a terrific driver and accomodate our needs. And Mr Guo (our driver) more than exceeded our expectations, not only safely taking us to multiple sights across the island, but also sharing his personal recommendations for the best sights to see.
