We hired Mr. Tanaka/Japan Holiday to drive us from Tokyo to the Hakone area. He was professional and polite. We provided him with an itinerary and he took us to the sites. This was an easy way to get from one destination to the next without lugging suitcases through train and subway stations. I would hire them again!
 
I must commend Tanaka who fetched us from Kansai airport to our hotel & drove us on our Hakone Day trip. He was super friendly, knowledgeable on the history of the places we visited, helped my elderly auntie to climb up and down the stairs of the shrines and helped us take plenty of photos. End of the day trip, my son left his mobile phone on the car and Mr Tanaka drove 20mins to return the phone to us! He is really "out of the world".
