This entire company is amazing. The level of communication was impeccable and the drivers were beyond nice. We booked a private vehicle to visit Hakone pretty close to the start of our Japan 6-Day Best of Japan Group Tour, but the staff members were quite helpful especially Melinda who kept communicating with me. They work really quickly to finalize our vacation. Additionally, the driver communicates effectively. We had to stop in several places, but he made it all happen. We saw absolutely everything on our list in Japan because of them! If you are thinking about using them 100% do it!
