Shuhoukaku Kogetsu is located on the north bank of Lake Kawaguchi. Fantastic view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi are seen from all the rooms and the open-air bath. Each room equipped with a natural hot spring bath. when you go down stairs from the garden, it's water's edge of lakeside.
Breakfast is served daily from 7 am to 9:00 am. Shuhoukaku Kogetsu Ryokan is within a 10-min walk of the Itchiku Kubota Art Museum which boasts a stunning view of Mt. Fuji.

Oishi Park
Oishi Park is about 2 km away from Shuhoukaku Kogetsu. The Oishi Park has lots of playground equipment. Oishi Park in Fuji-Kawaguchiko Town offers a fine view of Mt. Fuji and the lavender flowers are at their best in summer. There are a few hiking trails through the forest, as well as picnic spots. Visiting is free.

Lake Kawaguchi
Lake Kawaguchi is about 100 meters away from Shuhoukaku Kogetsu. Lake Kawaguchi is one of the most famous sightseeing spots around Mount Fuji. Lake Kawaguchi offers the most complete view of Mount Fuji and has the most beautiful shape.
